BIO

DRS (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels) was an Contemporary R&B group from Sacramento, California.

The members of DRS, who prefer to be known by their street nicknames (Blunt, Deuce Deuce, Jail Bait and Endo), got a deal with Ruthless Records in 1990 but never recorded anything until signing with Capitol.

Their biggest success was through the 1993 Capitol Records album Gangsta Lean (Blue Print), which peaked at #34 on the Billboard Top 200 and #6 on the Top R&B/Hip Hop Charts in the U.S. on the strength of the hit single, "Gangsta Lean".

The Gangsta Lean album was released under Hammer's talent company, Roll Wit It Entertainment. A top selling song of the year at the time, "Gangsta Lean" has sold over 2.5 million copies with over 2 million views on Youtube.
